Growing closer, glowing brighter
Each night, Ronald McDonald House of Kansas City provides a place of comfort and reprieve for more than 90 families with critically ill children. With four Houses and Family Room, RMHKC served nearly 5,000 families last year—keeping them close to the care they need and surrounded by a community that lifts them up in difficult moments.
At the heart of the 2025 Spark of Hope Gala is the belief that hope flourishes where it is nurtured. When families face uncertainty, RMHKC provides them with the necessities they need to grow in strength and hope.
Where hope blossoms and strength blooms
The support of a compassionate community provides a light that grows brighter—allowing hope to flourish and families to keep moving forward together. For the design elements, the sun was used to symbolize the light RMHKC brings to the community. Floral illustrations represented growth and hope. These elements were paired with subtle art deco designs that have come to represent Spark.
