Not a job, a career
If you’re interested in joining a dog-loving, headline-making, hand-modeling, beer-drinking, big-thinking, hyphen-happy crew, we’re always on the lookout. We take our coffee making, M&M consumption and dish duty seriously, so be prepared.
BE A PART OF A TEAM
You spend a lot of time with your coworkers. We hope what you’ll find here are like-minded people who have set out to create something truly remarkable for ourselves and our clients. Monthly get-togethers. Random lunch celebrations. An insider-only newsletter dishing on office happenings. We have a lot we love here. And we hope you will, too.
Let’s talk benefits
Solid healthcare and dental plans. 401k matching up to 4%. Competitive PTO and community service hours. Sure, those are good. But what you’ll also find here are some benefits that aren’t so common. While others preach work-life balance, we practice it. We think you’ll see that in some of our perks.
From Memorial Day to Labor Day, we head out at noon on Fridays. And, no, it isn’t a rarity to actually get out the door. You’ll maybe see the rare straggler walking out of here at 12:05 with their flip-flops on.
Between Christmas and New Year’s Day, our office closes its doors to let our employees celebrate with their families. It’s also a good time for us to escape from all of the vendor-delivered popcorn and candy.
Big into Crossfit? Like getting yourself centered with yoga? No matter your wellness endeavor, MBB has your back. We do quarterly wellness reimbursements to make sure you get the gear or membership you need.
From the 3% Conference and Adobe MAX to the Social Media Shake-Up and Social Media Week, every year we send our employees to conferences to further their knowledge and their career.
Bulldogs. Labs. Chiweenies. We love any and all dogs at MBB. And we invite them through our doors every day. There’s something about having your best friend by your side that brings out good ideas.
We make a big deal of milestones here. Based on tenure, our employees enjoy weeklong sabbaticals to get out and explore beyond our walls. It’s a good chance for them to experience the world beyond PTO.
