Closing the Perception Gap
In heart and vascular care, Methodist was at risk of being seen as the caring choice rather than the leading choice. The challenge was to close that gap by proving that advanced heart care and human-centered care do not have to live in separate brands.
The Patient Insight.
Heart patients don’t want to choose between innovation and compassion. They want both reassurance through clinical excellence and expertise, and to have a healthcare experience with providers who treat them as individuals, not as a list of symptoms or a condition. Methodist’s opportunity was to prove that with leading-edge cardiovascular technologies and specialized expertise, care could feel more human, not less.
TURNING STRENGTHS INTO PREFERENCE.
Our strategy was to reposition Methodist at the intersection of both needs, elevating its technology, regional access, and patient-centered approach into a more compelling reason to choose. The creative brought that strategy to life by making innovation feel personal.
