  1. EXPECT NO B.S. We’ll be transparent and responsive. We believe in being a true partner who works relentlessly to earn your trust. After all, we want you to think of us as an extension of your team.  

What we expect from you.  

A great partnership is always a two-way street. These are the things we expect of any brand or organization we partner with. By empowering us with these three key components, we will be even more successful together.   

  1. LET US HEAR IT. We’re counting on you to be our brand insider. Share as much as you can with us. Are there any operational shifts developing? Are there departments that could benefit from our support? The more we know, the better.   
  1. LET US SEE IT. We need access to as much of your data as early and as often as possible. Our team of analysts will use it to our advantage. It will also help inform how and why we implement certain engagement strategies.  
  1. LET US KNOW IT. Are there things about our work that simply aren’t working for you? We want to know. In a similar manner to our campaign optimizations, the creative team can pivot if something isn’t resonating.  

If you agree to these terms, feel free to sign this No B.S. agreement. It will allow both us and you to hold each other accountable throughout our partnership.
