If you didn’t have to sleep, what would you do with your extra time? Work on renovating our old house and catch up on binge-worthy shows. But let’s be honest, I’d likely continue to scroll and scroll on social media…
Breakfast, lunch or dinner? Lunch. Hear me out! It’s positioned perfectly mid-day, so you’ve had time to develop an appetite and if you overeat you have the rest of the day to work it off. If you plan it right, you can have a super basic breakfast and dinner if you have a quality lunch! You can eat anything. From something that skews more towards breakfast to a full steak and potatoes meal.
Best place you’ve visited: Rome, Italy. It’s just the most magical place. Tons and tons of history around every corner. And THE FOOD!
What is your favorite KC hidden gem?: Ashleigh’s Bake Shop – on the first floor of Pryde’s in Westport with pies that are to die for. Seriously, don’t come between me and one of her cream pies.
