Kate Pinsel, our newest Account Coordinator, hails from Chicago but has planted her roots here in Kansas City—and now at MBB. As a graduate of Loyola University with dual degrees in Marketing and Human Resources, Kate is well equipped to support our clients and guide their brand strategies. Her keen eye for detail and passion for storytelling will surely help her succeed on our account team.
When she isn’t working, Kate loves to travel and play golf.
Describe yourself in 3 words: Short, funny, and caring
If you weren’t in your current position, where would you be? I would probably be an event planner of some sort. I planned philanthropy events benefitting the Make-A-Wish foundation in my sorority in college and loved it!
Walk up song: “All I Do Is Win” by DJ Khaled
Last show you binged: Keeping Up With the Kardashians
You as an emoji: 😎
If you didn’t have to sleep, what would you do with your extra time? If I didn’t have to sleep, I would work on my golf game some more. It would be nice to avoid the heat! I would also love to learn how to play pickleball or take up playing piano.
Breakfast, lunch or dinner? Dinner. I love when I get to share a meal with my family. I have a huge family here in KC, so we all like to get together often for dinner and share what’s going on in each of our lives.
Best place you’ve visited: The best place in the world that I have visited is Aruba. My favorite part about it is the consistent breeze that keeps you cool, and of course the scenery and beaches are beautiful!
What is your favorite KC hidden gem?: I am from Chicago, so I’m not sure if I know any KC hidden gems. However, I can offer up a Chicago hidden gem, which is an Italian restaurant in Old Town. It has been my family’s favorite place to celebrate for years!
Why MBB? As a recent college graduate, I was looking to get involved in an agency where I can grow and that takes pride in their work. Clearly MBB checks those boxes, and I couldn’t be more excited to learn from everyone here!
