Full of Holiday Spirit

This winter we wanted to spread holiday cheer in the best way we know how—cocktail recipes.

You don’t have to join the hordes of winter zombies. Crank up your SAD lamp and shake off the cold with this twist on a tiki classic.

  • 1 oz. light rum
  • 1 oz. dark rum
  • 1 oz. orange liqueur
  • ½ oz. lemon juice
  • ½ oz. lime juice
  • 1 ½ oz. orange juice

  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a shaker with ice.
  2. Strain into a tiki glass full of ice.
  3. Garnish with a tiny umbrella.
  4. Pretend you’re somewhere warm.

Muller Mule

These days we have a new space, a new name, and a few new faces, but we still honor our roots. Best way to toast how far we’ve come? A Muller Mule. Here’s to the next 35 years.

Ingredients:

  • ½ oz. lime juice
  • 2 oz. vodka (we’re partial to Till)
  • 6 oz. ginger beer
  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Squeeze 2 lime wedges into a copper mug (dropping in the juiced wedges).
  2. Add ice and vodka.
  3. Top with ginger beer and stir.

Summer Fridays

There’s something magical about getting out at noon between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Leave the kids at daycare and mix up a pitcher of Summer Fridays for premium porch sipping.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Pimm’s No. 1
  • 4 oz. fizzy lemonade or ginger beer
  • Fruit and fresh mint for garnish (sliced cucumber, strawberries, oranges, and limes)
  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Add the ice and garnishes to the glass.
  2. Add the Pimm’s.
  3. Top with lemonade or ginger beer.
  4. To make a pitcher, multiply the recipe by 4.
