As Vice President of Agency Operations, Steven has 18 years of agency experience in everything from managing client relationships and project strategy to leading website builds and lead gen projects. While Steven can pretty much do it all, his specialty is digital strategy and overdelivering on client expectations. He holds two Bachelor’s degrees from Kansas State University in Marketing and General Management. When not in the office, he can be found working in his yard, watching the Chiefs, or playing video games during his daughters’ nap times.
