Making a more personal connection

Choosing a primary care provider isn’t always easy. It’s hard to know if you’ll connect with your provider and if they’ll relate to you. MBB set out to change that by creating MyProviderMatch—an online platform that utilizes an algorithm to match patients with providers who align with their needs and interests.

Building a brand from the ground up

With a platform name and framework in mind, we set out to give MyProviderMatch an identity. From colors to typography to the mark itself, we wanted to create a look and feel that sets the platform apart while still aligning with the CHI Health brand.

The MyProviderMatch.com experience

Our online platform begins with a series of questions asking the patient about their personality and approach to health care. From there, consumers are presented with a list of compatible primary care doctors within the CHI Health network. From there, they can choose to learn more about each of their matches or book an appointment with the provider of their choice.

To drive awareness of and traffic to MyProviderMatch.com, MBB created a wide range of traditional, digital, and direct marketing assets.
