Senior Account Manager

MBB Is currently seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team. At MBB, the account team serves as leading experts of clients’ business and category, the voice of the client internally and the voice of the agency externally. They foster an environment for the delivery of ideas and solutions that matter. 

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of client objectives and details for all projects they oversee.
  • Work closely with Project Management to outline deliverables, workflow, timelines, statements of work and estimates.
  • Serve as a liaison between client, project management and agency resources and manage up, as needed.
  • Exhibit problem-solving skills required to overcome challenges on a day to day basis.
  • Provide clear and concise communication to internal and external teams. 
  • Follow internal processes and procedures to ensure a smooth workflow. 
  • Monitor client budgets and facilitate the billing process. 
  • Demonstrate an eagerness to learn, grow and create work that matters. 

Qualifications

  • 4+ years relevant experience, agency experience a plus
  • Experience in managing social/digital campaign execution
  • Demonstrated success in problem solving skills
  • Motivated worker with the ability to manage multiple projects at once and prioritize appropriately
  • Relationship building skills for both internal and external audiences
  • Ability to foster a collaborative working environment
