Account Supervisor

MBB Is currently seeking an experienced Account Supervisor to join our team. At MBB, the account team serves as leading experts of clients’ business and category, the voice of the client internally and the voice of the agency externally. They foster an environment for the delivery of ideas and solutions that matter. 

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate an understanding of the business and the category to provide a thoughtful, strategic POV. 
  • Establish a position of leadership with the client – serve as an indispensable part of the client team. 
  • Anticipate the needs of clients and internal teams.
  • Collect and distill information from a variety of sources to provide clear and concise direction.
  • Build trusting client and internal agency relationships that allow for clear and transparent communication to ensure the best possible outcomes. 
  • Lead agency teams through large and small projects from client brief to in-market execution, challenging and encouraging the team along the way.
  • Accountability for all agency deliverables to the client. 
  • Escalate issues to senior leadership when necessary. 
  • Management of client budgets and profitability. 
  • Work with VP/Account Director to establish client growth plans quarterly.
  • Demonstrate an eagerness to learn, grow and create work that matters. 

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of agency or brand experience, digital marketing experience is a must
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrates ability to develop trusting, collaborative relationships with clients, internal partners and senior stakeholders alike
  • Big-picture thinker with an eye for details
  • Self-motivated, independent worker with the ability to prioritize projects appropriately 
  • Ability to foster a collaborative working environment
