MBB Brings Home AMPS Awards from SMCKC

Last week, the Social Media Club of Kansas City held its 5th annual AMPS Awards, recognizing excellence in social media marketing campaigns. Agencies, brands, government entities and nonprofits alike joined together to celebrate each other’s work and learn about the incredible results they generated from campaigns.

MBB Agency took home five awards for our work across our CPG, healthcare and education clients.

Bariatric Center of Kansas City Awareness Campaign – Multi-Channel, Gold

MBB worked with AdventHealth Kansas City (formerly Shawnee Mission Health) to help drive attendance to free informational seminars about bariatric surgery for The Bariatric Center of Kansas City (BCKC). Using a mix of paid social media, digital banners and paid search strategies, MBB shared patient testimonials to help educate the audience about BCKC’s specialties, successfully increasing attendance per-seminar year-over-year.

Bon Ami Spring Cleaning Campaign – Multi-Channel, Silver

MBB worked with Faultless Brands’ product Bon Ami, a powder cleanser. to help raise product that has been around for over a century. The campaign generated a total of 31,835,933 campaign impressions, more than half of which were garnered from social media and influencer efforts, with a combined CTR of 11% on Facebook. AdventHealth Kansas City Living in Vitality 2018 Campaign – Real-time Event, Gold

MBB created a multi-channel organic social media execution to support AdventHealth Kansas City’s 2018 Living in Vitality conference. Through a combination of organic social media content, SnapChat filters, local influencer content and vendor information guides, MBB successfully increased conversations around the annual conference by more than 50% year-over-year.

AdventHealth Kansas City #MySMH Internal Communications Campaign – Facebook, Silver

Knowing that AdventHealth Kansas City’s employees are very engaged on the brand’s social channels, MBB built an internal communications campaign for organic social media that highlighted outstanding team members across departments for their work at the health system. With no paid support, the campaign helped increase the brand’s social media engagement rate by more than 30% year-over-year.
