2017 was yet another eventful year for the agency (is it ever not an eventful year, though?). Anniversaries. Happy hours. Growth. Pitches. We experienced a lot this year. And we got better because of it. Below are a few of the highlights. (We’ll leave the lowlights to our hairstylists.)
35 to be exact. We’re in our mid 30’s, and we don’t hate it. In fact, we celebrated it. We had a huge party with Mullerites/MBBers old and new. The beverages and creative juices flowed well into the morning. We also celebrated our healthcare division, hippo, turning 10! God, they grow up so fast.
Some really cool people joined the team.
Like really cool. We added new positions in the areas where our agency is growing, specifically paid media, earned media and creative. Learn more about some of our new hires like Alexis, Amy and Riley. Also, stay tuned for news about some more stellar new hires soon.
And some really cool clients.
We pitched a lot of great business this year. We hit some home runs – a few grand slams, in fact. We are now proudly partnering with Heartland Coca-Cola and PetAg, just to name a few. We see a lot more mixed drinks and puppies in our future, and we’re not complaining.
We had a mini baby boom.
Three little MBBers joined the family this year. Two are en route. Not imminently, but soon. Whatever you do, don’t drink the water. Here are a few alternatives.
We did good.
For the community, that is. As creative partners of the Ronald McDonald House Charities KC, we wanted to be community partners, too. So we spent the day making breakfast burritos. Because, who doesn’t love a good breakfast burrito?
It was a busy year, to say the least. We have no doubt 2018 will be just as busy as we continue to grow in both size and capabilities. Stay tuned.
